Sécurité routière : bilan des contrôles du premier trimestre 2008
Concernant la vitesse sur la route, 9147 infractions ont été constatées par les 14 radars fixes de Seine-Maritime au cours du premier trimestre (55 099 infractions relevées en 2007). 4 nouveaux radars fixes seront installés dans les prochains mois et l’implantation de 6 radars supplémentaires est en cours d’instruction.
27 742 infractions ont été relevées par les radars automatiques embarqués et débarquables et 4476 par d’autres moyens (laser, jumelles) soit un total de 29 218 infractions à la vitesse constatées pour les 3 premiers mois (95 374 infractions constatées pour l’année 2007).
26 infractions à la vitesse ont été relevées au cours des 67 sorties des deux motos banalisées au cours du 1er trimestre.
Ce sont au total 29 244 infractions qui ont été constatées par les moyens mobiles de contrôle de vitesse au cours du premier trimestre.
Et l’on conduit bien, à part ça ? Sur 67 sorties, les deux motos banalisées ont permis de relever 494 infractions parmi lesquelles :
→ 180 infractions liées au téléphone au volant
→ 27 infractions pour non port de la ceinture de sécurité
→ 15 feux rouges
→ 15 lignes blanches
→ 257 autres infractions (priorité, stop, dépassement dangereux…)
En tout, 2486 infractions liées aux téléphones portables.
En zone gendarmerie, les refus de priorités (intersections, stop, feux, dépassements, lignes) représentent 1492 infractions, 980 infractions au port de la ceinture ou de casque et 206 conduites sans permis.
S’agissant de la conduite sous l’emprise de l’alcool, 50 314 dépistages ont été effectués dont 1022 se sont révélés positifs (en 2007, 196 793 dépistages ont été pratiqués dont 4690 vérifications positives).
S’agissant de la conduite sous l’emprise de produits stupéfiants, sur les 34 dépistages réalisés en zone police, 29 étaient positifs. En zone gendarmerie, ce sont 85 infractions qui ont été constatées.
Contrôles 1er trimestre (zone police et gendarmerie)
– contrôles alcoolémie : 50 314 soit 560 / jour
– retraits de permis : 815 soit 9 / jour
(en 2007,sur 196 793 contrôles d’alcoolémie 3223 ont entraîné un retrait de permis).
