Le Lycée Marcel Sembat à Sotteville se met au vert
De gros travaux de rénovation du Lycée Marcel Sembat sont entrepris depuis 2006. Il ont commencés par la démolition de l’internat (voir toutes les photos) :
En ce début d’année, la construction du gymnase a débuté sur le côté ouest de la partie historique des bâtiments. Début mars 2008, d’autres bâtiments seront abattus pour libérer la place pour accueillir une grande structure aux toits ondulés et verdoyants. Ainsi, cette partie du lycée en lisière du Bois de la Garenne, se fondra complètement dans celui-ci.

Le coût des travaux serait plutôt de 45 Millions d’euros et 10 millions pour les équipements…aux dernières nouvelles.
Snif, j’ai fréquenté le 6ème étage de ce bâtiment, j’y avais plein de souvenirs…
Il y a aussi le gymnase qu’on attend depuis 30 ans: Sembat seul lycée sur 100 en haute-Normandie à ne pas avoir de gymnase!

On a demandé pour les panneaux solaires sur le nouveau toit végétal et on nous a répondu: non! Alors que c’était un support pédagogique de nos formations!!!
Il y aura peut-être récupération des eaux de pluie.
Le tri sélectif est en marche! mais pas dans les classes: on a de jolis bacs de toutes les couleurs,…dans la cour…
FredHook : Dans ton premier commentaire, tu parles de millions d’euros. Il me semble qu’on est plutôt dans les milliards (c’est sûr, arrivés dans ces sommes, on a plus tellement notion de ce que ca représente ! ).

Par contre les batiments neufs devraient être Haute Qualité Environnementale.
C’est vrai que pour un projet qui se veut en harmonie avec la nature, l’absence de panneaux solaires n’est pas très compréhensible…

si mes souvenirs sont bons, dans ce batiment, il y avait la cantine au rez-de-chaussée, j’y ai mangé tous les jours de 1982 à 1985.
Au dessus c’était l’internat, et au dernier étage l’infirmerie
Il faut que j’y repasse avant que tout ne soit détruit.
petit détail, à l’époque nous allions dans un gymnase qui était à 700 ou 800 mètres maximum, dans la même rue.
